EFL learners, groups 1stA and 3rdA, giving us some tips for an awesome trip abroad. Have you ever been to Japan? Have you ever travelled to Turkey? In this task, students had to make use of specific content studied in class such as the imperative to give instructions, present perfect to ask about our experience travelling abroad. They also worked on key words related to travel such as unforgettable, exciting, awesome, amazing significant, lovely, rewarding, worthwhile, travel by car, go hiking, go for a walk/stroll, sample local food, go on a hot-air balloon ride, among other useful adjectives and verb phrases. The students had to present their work to other groups and discuss which destination they would like to choose.
