{"id":12731,"date":"2021-07-12T08:12:47","date_gmt":"2021-07-12T06:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora-eoi.xtec.cat\/eoisabadell\/?p=12731"},"modified":"2021-07-28T08:21:25","modified_gmt":"2021-07-28T06:21:25","slug":"sollicitud-de-trasllat-de-matricula-dalumnes-matriculats-al-juliol-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora-eoi.xtec.cat\/eoisabadell\/general\/sollicitud-de-trasllat-de-matricula-dalumnes-matriculats-al-juliol-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Sol\u00b7licitud de trasllat de matr\u00edcula d\u2019alumnes matriculats al juliol 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><u><strong>ALUMNES DE L&#8217;EOI SABADELL QUE SOL\u00b7LICITEN EL TRASLLAT A UNA ALTRA EOI DE CATALUNYA<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La sol\u00b7licitud es far\u00e0 per correu electr\u00f2nic (<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">secretaria@eoisabadell.cat<\/span>) <strong>el dilluns 12 i dimarts 13 de juliol de 2021 <\/strong>si vols venir a estudiar l&#8217;EOI de Sabadell.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 quedar\u00e0 <strong>condicionada a la disponibilitat de places<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;escola es posar\u00e0 en contacte amb els alumnes, a trav\u00e9s del mateix correu electr\u00f2nic des del qual s&#8217;hagi fet la sol.licitud de trasllat, per notificar l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3\u00a0 o la denegaci\u00f3 del trasllat.<\/li>\n<li>En cas d&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3, el proc\u00e9s de trasllat ha d&#8217;haver acabat abans <strong>del 19 de juliol de 2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>ALUMNES D&#8217;UNA EOI DE CATALUNYA QUE SOL\u00b7LICITEN EL TRASLLAT A L&#8217;EOI SABADELL<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La sol\u00b7licitud es far\u00e0 a trav\u00e9s del correu electr\u00f2nic: <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">secretaria@eoisabadell.cat<\/span>, els <strong>dies 12 i 13 de juliol de 2021<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>En el correu hi ha de constar la informaci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent:<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1IRxSLcbt0IJ7ooLlE4OBM_zlz5nSekMB\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Full de sol\u00b7licitud de trasllat<\/a> omplert.<\/li>\n<li>Comprovant de pagament de la\u00a0 matr\u00edcula del curs 21-22.<\/li>\n<li>Fotoc\u00f2pia del DNI, NIE\u00a0 o passaport.<\/li>\n<li>Justificant de bonificaci\u00f3 o exempci\u00f3 de pagament (si s&#8217;escau).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Atenci\u00f3!<\/span> La informaci\u00f3 del <strong>grup i horari<\/strong> desitjat a l&#8217;EOI de Sabadell ha de quedar molt clara per tal de formalitzar el trasllat.
