{"id":11554,"date":"2023-10-23T13:26:32","date_gmt":"2023-10-23T11:26:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora-eoi.xtec.cat\/eoiosona\/?page_id=11554"},"modified":"2023-10-23T13:26:32","modified_gmt":"2023-10-23T11:26:32","slug":"convalidacions-eso-i-batxillerat","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora-eoi.xtec.cat\/eoiosona\/lescola\/programes-departament-deducacio\/convalidacions-eso-i-batxillerat\/","title":{"rendered":"Convalidacions ESO i Batxillerat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Convalidacions de mat\u00e8ries del batxillerat per a alumnes que cursen lleng\u00fces estrangeres simult\u00e0niament en una EOI<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;alumne o alumna que cursa batxillerat i, al mateix temps, una segona llengua en una escola oficial d&#8217;idiomes pot sol\u00b7licitar la convalidaci\u00f3 de mat\u00e8ries optatives de batxillerat (6 hores setmanals a primer i 4 hores setmanals a segon), si compleix alguna de les condicions seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cursa a l&#8217;EOI el nivell B2 o superior d&#8217;una segona llengua estrangera que ofereix el centre.<\/li>\n<li>Cursa a l&#8217;EOI una llengua estrangera que no ofereix el centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el cas dels alumnes de primer de batxillerat, la convalidaci\u00f3 de 6 hores de mat\u00e8ries de la franja d&#8217;optatives pot ser de qualsevol de les tres franges optatives i \u00e9s de car\u00e0cter anual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documentaci\u00f3 que cal presentar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitud de convalidaci\u00f3 de mat\u00e8ries de la franja d&#8217;optatives de batxillerat basant-se en estudis cursats a l\u2019EOI <a href=\"mailto:https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAcademica\/A1298.pdf\">(CEO1)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Certificat expedit per l\u2019EOI en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;acredita el curs de la segona llengua estrangera que cursa l\u2019alumne\/a <a href=\"mailto:https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAcademica\/A1299.pdf\">(CEO2)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9s de convalidaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La sol\u00b7licitud de convalidaci\u00f3 la presenta l&#8217;alumne\/a abans del darrer dia lectiu del mes d&#8217;octubre al centre on estudia batxillerat, juntament amb el certificat expedit per l&#8217;EOI on s&#8217;acredita el curs de la segona llengua estrangera que cursa l&#8217;alumne\/a.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El director o directora del centre resol la sol\u00b7licitud. El centre notifica per escrit la resoluci\u00f3 a l&#8217;alumne o alumna.<\/li>\n<li>Abans de l&#8217;1 de desembre del curs escolar corresponent, el centre de batxillerat envia un exemplar de la resoluci\u00f3 a l&#8217;EOI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La convalidaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 condicionada a la valoraci\u00f3 favorable del seguiment de l&#8217;alumne o alumna i l&#8217;aprofitament del curs a l&#8217;EOI, que cal documentar amb un certificat d&#8217;aprofitament del nivell assolit expedit per la secretaria de l&#8217;EOI.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Durant la primera quinzena del mes de maig, l&#8217;EOI ha de comunicar el resultat de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 al centre on l&#8217;alumne o alumna estudia batxillerat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La superaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta avaluaci\u00f3 no suposa en cap cas l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 del certificat. Si l&#8217;alumne o alumna est\u00e0 matriculat en un curs que condueix a l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 de certificat, per obtenir-lo ha de fer igualment la prova ordin\u00e0ria<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Convalidacions de mat\u00e8ries d&#8217;ESO per a alumnes que cursen lleng\u00fces<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>estrangeres simult\u00e0niament en una EOI<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria, l&#8217;alumnat que cursa una segona llengua estrangera en una escola oficial d&#8217;idiomes, que no s&#8217;ofereix en el centre educatiu, pot sol\u00b7licitar-ne el reconeixement. En aquest cas, l&#8217;alumne o alumna ha d&#8217;acreditar que est\u00e0 matriculat en una EOI i ha de comunicar, si es dona el cas, l&#8217;abandonament d&#8217;aquests estudis.<\/p>\n<p>El tr\u00e0mit que han de fer les fam\u00edlies dels alumnes \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sol\u00b7licitar al centre de secund\u00e0ria el reconeixement dels estudis com a mat\u00e8ria optativa de segona llengua estrangera. Aquesta sol\u00b7licitud cal fer-la cada any.<\/li>\n<li>Adjuntar el comprovant de matr\u00edcula.<\/li>\n<li>Presentar al centre, a final de curs, un certificat de superaci\u00f3 dels estudis expedit per l&#8217;EOI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El reconeixement est\u00e0 condicionat a la valoraci\u00f3 favorable del seguiment de l&#8217;alumne o alumna. At\u00e8s que totes aquestes possibilitats es fonamenten en el fet de simultaniejar estudis ordinaris, la sol\u00b7licitud s&#8217;ha de renovar cada curs.
