Habitualment es tracta d\u2019adaptacions \u201cno significatives\u201d el que implica que no modifiquen elements b\u00e0sics del curr\u00edculum, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que s\u2019introdueixen canvis en: metodologia, organitzaci\u00f3, ambient, recursos tecnol\u00f2gics, avaluaci\u00f3, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Quin procediment s\u2019ha de seguir per rebre una prova adaptada?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alumnat oficial:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es recomana a l\u2019alumnat que necessiti condicions especials per a la realitzaci\u00f3 de les proves de certificaci\u00f3 de les escoles oficials d\u2019idiomes (EOI) per discapacitat f\u00edsica o sensorial o b\u00e9 l\u2019alumnat amb disl\u00e8xia o necessitats especials que informi el professorat de la seva condici\u00f3 i del tipus d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 que li cal a comen\u00e7ament de curs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les sol\u00b7licituds d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 de les proves de certificaci\u00f3 s\u2019han de presentar per escrit per correu electr\u00f2nic <a href=\"eoiosona@xtec.cat\">eoiosona@xtec.cat <\/a>a la direcci\u00f3 de l\u2019escola oficial d\u2019idiomes corresponent. A la sol\u00b7licitud s\u2019hi han de fer constar els motius al\u00b7legats, la petici\u00f3 d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 concreta i per a quines parts de la prova se sol\u00b7licita l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019hi ha d\u2019adjuntar la justificaci\u00f3 documental que ho acrediti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Enlla\u00e7 al document de <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora-eoi.xtec.cat\/eoiosona\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2247\/2023\/03\/solicitud-adaptacio-EOI.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sol\u00b7licitud.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El termini de presentaci\u00f3 de sol\u00b7licituds per a l\u2019alumnat oficial \u00e9s no m\u00e9s tard del <strong>20 de mar\u00e7 de 2026.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alumnat lliure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hi ha dues convocat\u00f2ries: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/serveis-tramits\/proves\/proves-lliures-obtencio-titols\/convocat-extraord-idiomes\/necessitats-especifiques\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019extraordin\u00e0ria <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">al mes de febrer i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/serveis-tramits\/proves\/proves-lliures-obtencio-titols\/convocat-ordinaria-idiomes\/necessitats-especifiques\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019ordin\u00e0ria <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">als mesos de maig-juny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumnat haur\u00e0 de presentar la documentaci\u00f3 referent a la sol\u00b7licitud d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 de les proves de certificaci\u00f3 a l\u2019escola oficial d\u2019idiomes on s\u2019examinar\u00e0, dins el per\u00edode establert en el calendari d\u2019inscripci\u00f3 que es publica anualment a la resoluci\u00f3 de convocat\u00f2ria de proves. L\u2019escola haur\u00e0 de fer arribar aquesta documentaci\u00f3 a l\u2019\u00c0rea de Gesti\u00f3 de Proves de la Direcci\u00f3 General d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 a la Fam\u00edlia i Comunitat Educativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A la sol\u00b7licitud s\u2019hi han de fer constar els motius al\u00b7legats, la petici\u00f3 d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 concreta i per a quines parts de la prova se sol\u00b7licita l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019hi ha d\u2019adjuntar la documentaci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) C\u00f2pia del resguard d\u2019inscripci\u00f3 en les proves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) Certificat de reconeixement de discapacitat del Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies, que informi del grau de discapacitat reconeguda o certificat m\u00e8dic oficial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) Certificat em\u00e8s per l\u2019organisme acreditat corresponent, que informi de les caracter\u00edstiques de la discapacitat o trastorn que pateix l\u2019aspirant, si escau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) Documentaci\u00f3 justificativa de modificacions i adaptacions curriculars, autoritzades pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, que l\u2019aspirant hagi tingut en els \u00faltims estudis cursats en el sistema educatiu, si escau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Per sol\u00b7licitar l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3<\/strong> d\u2019una prova oficial heu d\u2019omplir aquesta <a href=\"https:\/\/agora-eoi.xtec.cat\/eoiosona\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2247\/2023\/03\/solicitud-adaptacio-EOI.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sol\u00b7licitud<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0i enviar-la al correu electr\u00f2nic <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eoiosona@xtec.cat<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La data de termini es modifica cada curs i la trobareu en aquest<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/serveis-tramits\/proves\/proves-lliures-obtencio-titols\/convocat-extraord-idiomes\/necessitats-especifiques\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">enlla\u00e7<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Totes les sol\u00b7licituds han d\u2019indicar el tipus d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 que se sol\u00b7licita i han d\u2019anar acompanyades de la documentaci\u00f3 justificativa de la discapacitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No s\u2019admetr\u00e0 cap sol\u00b7licitud que no aporti justificaci\u00f3 documental o que es presenti fora dels terminis indicats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019EOI Osona comunicar\u00e0 a la persona interessada, per escrit, la recepci\u00f3 de la sol\u00b7licitud en el termini de deu dies h\u00e0bils a comptar des de la presentaci\u00f3 de la sol\u00b7licitud.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tipus d\u2019adaptacions: les adaptacions poden requerir canvis organitzatius, \u00fas de recursos, suport hum\u00e0, suport material o t\u00e8cnic (ubicaci\u00f3 diferent, auriculars, etc.), modificacions en el format de la prova i ampliaci\u00f3 del temps per realitzar la prova.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les modificacions s\u2019han de fer en funci\u00f3 del tipus de prova i de la discapacitat o necessitats de l\u2019alumne i del suport hum\u00e0, material i t\u00e8cnic de qu\u00e8 disposa el centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normativa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/o\/2006\/06\/09\/pre1822\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ORDRE PRE\/1822\/2006, de 9 de juny<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, per la qual s\u2019estableixen criteris generals per a l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 de temps addicionals en els processos selectius per a l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de persones amb discapacitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/rd\/2019\/01\/11\/1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reial decret 1\/2019 d\u201911 de gener,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pel qual s\u2019estableixen els principis b\u00e0sics comuns d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 aplicables a les proves de certificaci\u00f3 oficial dels nivells intermedi B1, intermedi B2, avan\u00e7at C1 i avan\u00e7at C2 dels ensenyaments d\u2019idiomes de r\u00e8gim especial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-dogc\/?documentId=799722\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DECRET 150\/2017<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de 17 d\u2019octubre, de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una adaptaci\u00f3?\u00a0 \u00c9s una estrat\u00e8gia que consisteix en l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 d\u2019algun element de les proves de certificat de les Escoles Oficials d\u2019Idiomes de Catalunya per fer-les m\u00e9s accessibles a aquells candidats amb discapacitat f\u00edsica, discapacitat sensorial o necessitats educatives especials.
