{"id":797,"date":"2015-11-28T21:06:57","date_gmt":"2015-11-28T20:06:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora-eoi.xtec.cat\/eoiguixols\/?page_id=797"},"modified":"2025-07-14T23:29:05","modified_gmt":"2025-07-14T21:29:05","slug":"presentacio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora-eoi.xtec.cat\/eoiguixols\/el-servei-educatiu\/presentacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;<strong>Escola Oficial d&#8217;Idiomes de Sant Feliu de Gu\u00edxols<\/strong> es va inaugurar el setembre de 2003 per iniciativa del Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament de la Generalitat de Catalunya. \u00c9s un centre p\u00fablic, no universitari, d&#8217;ensenyament d&#8217;idiomes moderns que imparteix els ensenyaments de r\u00e8gim especial regulats per la Llei org\u00e0nica d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 (LOE).<\/p>\n<p>Les escoles oficials d&#8217;idiomes tamb\u00e9 gestionen les certificacions acad\u00e8miques corresponents a aquests ensenyaments especialitzats. <strong>Aquestes certificacions s\u00f3n reconegudes arreu de l&#8217;Estat espanyol, s\u00f3n les \u00faniques oficials<\/strong>, estan validades pel Consell d&#8217;Europa per mitj\u00e0 del <a href=\"https:\/\/llengua.gencat.cat\/ca\/serveis\/informacio_i_difusio\/publicacions_en_linia\/classific_temes\/temes_materials_didactics\/marc_europeu_de_referencia_per_a_les_llengues\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marc Europeu Com\u00fa de Refer\u00e8ncia<\/a> (2001) i el <a href=\"https:\/\/cvc.cervantes.es\/ensenanza\/biblioteca_ele\/marco_complementario\/mcer_volumen-complementario.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MECR. Volum complementari<\/a> (2020) i es poden obtenir tant en convocat\u00f2ria oficial, com en convocat\u00f2ria lliure.<\/p>\n<h4>Marc legal<\/h4>\n<p>Els ensenyaments de les EOI a Catalunya s&#8217;inscriuen en el marc legal administratiu establert en els seg\u00fcents documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe_catalan\/dias\/2006\/05\/16\/pdfs\/A01294-01341.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ley Org\u00e1nica 2\/2006, de 3 de maig, d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 (LOE)<span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span>\u00a0<\/a>BOE n\u00fam. 106 &#8211; 04\/05\/2006.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/pdogc_canals_interns\/pdogc_resultats_fitxa\/?documentId=480169&amp;language=ca_ES&amp;action=fitxa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Llei 12\/2009, de 10 de juliol, d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 (LEC)<\/a>. DOGC n\u00fam. 5422 &#8211; 16\/7\/2009.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2020-17264\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ley Org\u00e1nica 3\/2020, de 29 de desembre, per la que es modifica la Ley Org\u00e1nica 2\/2006, de 3 de maig, d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 (LOMLOE)<\/a>. DOGC n\u00fam. 5753 &#8211; 11\/11\/2010.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2017-15367\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Real Decreto 1041\/2017, de 22 de desembre, pel qual es fixen les exig\u00e8ncies m\u00ednimes del nivell b\u00e0sic a efectes de certificaci\u00f3, s&#8217;estableix el curr\u00edculum b\u00e0sic dels nivells Intermedi B1, Intermedi B2, Avan\u00e7at C1, i Avan\u00e7at C2, dels ensenyaments d&#8217;idiomes de r\u00e8gim especial regulades<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per la Llei Org\u00e0nica 2\/2006, de 3 de maig, i s&#8217;estableixen les equival\u00e8ncies entre els ensenyaments d&#8217;idiomes de r\u00e8gim especial regulades en diversos plans d&#8217;estudi i les d&#8217;aquest real decret.\u00a0<\/span><\/a>BOE n\u00fam. 311 &#8211; de 23\/12\/2017.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2019-317\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Real Decreto 1\/2019, d&#8217;11 de gener, pel qual s&#8217;estableixen els principis b\u00e0sics comuns d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 aplicables a les proves de certificaci\u00f3 oficials dels nivells Intermedi B1, Intermedi B2, Avan\u00e7at C1 i Avan\u00e7at C2 dels ensenyaments d&#8217;idiomes de r\u00e8gim especial.<\/a> BOE n\u00fam. 11 \u2013 12\/01\/2019.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/portaldogc.gencat.cat\/utilsEADOP\/PDF\/8628\/1896408.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decret 45\/2022, de 15 de mar\u00e7, pel qual s&#8217;estableix l&#8217;ordenaci\u00f3 dels ensenyaments d&#8217;idiomes de r\u00e8gim especial i el curr\u00edculum del nivell Intermedi de diversos idiomes<\/a>. DOGC n\u00fam 8628 &#8211; 17\/03\/2022.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-dogc\/?documentId=940619\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decret 243\/2022, de 18 d&#8217;octubre, pel qual s&#8217;estableixen els curr\u00edculums de nivell B\u00e0sic (A2) i del nivell Avan\u00e7at (C1 i C2) dels ensenyaments de r\u00e8gim especial de diversos idiomes.<\/a> DOGC n\u00fam 8777 &#8211; 21\/10\/2022.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Marc europeu com\u00fa<\/h4>\n<p>El pla d&#8217;estudis a les EOI s&#8217;estructura en tres nivells segons el nou curr\u00edculum dels ensenyaments d&#8217;idiomes establert a la LOE (Llei Org\u00e0nica d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 2\/2006, de 3 de maig).
