{"id":19340,"date":"2026-04-15T18:16:43","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T16:16:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora-eoi.xtec.cat\/eoigirona\/?p=19340"},"modified":"2026-04-16T11:09:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T09:09:31","slug":"collaboracio-eoi-girona-udg-i-cvo-encora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora-eoi.xtec.cat\/eoigirona\/general\/collaboracio-eoi-girona-udg-i-cvo-encora\/","title":{"rendered":"Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 EOI Girona, UdG i CVO Encora"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre l\u2019Escola Oficial d\u2019Idiomes de Girona, la Universitat de Girona i CVO Encora (Anvers) en una recerca sobre la compet\u00e8ncia intercultural en l\u2019ensenyament de lleng\u00fces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Escola Oficial d\u2019Idiomes de Girona (EOI), la Universitat de Girona (UdG) i el centre d\u2019educaci\u00f3 d\u2019adults CVO Encora d\u2019Antwerp (B\u00e8lgica) col\u00b7laboren en un projecte de recerca centrat en la compet\u00e8ncia intercultural en l\u2019ensenyament de lleng\u00fces a persones migrants i refugiades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte, titulat <em>Intercultural Competence in Adult Second Language Education<\/em>, analitza com el professorat d\u2019espanyol com a llengua estrangera (a Girona) i de neerland\u00e8s com a segona llengua (a Antwerp) ent\u00e9n i aplica la compet\u00e8ncia intercultural en la seva pr\u00e0ctica docent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019estudi adopta una metodologia qualitativa basada en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>observacions d\u2019aula,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>entrevistes semi-estructurades amb docents,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>i an\u00e0lisi contextual de les pr\u00e0ctiques educatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La recerca se centra en el professorat \u2014i no en l\u2019alumnat\u2014 amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019identificar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>com es conceptualitza la compet\u00e8ncia intercultural,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>com es concreta en les pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019aula,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>i quins reptes i necessitats professionals es deriven de treballar en contextos d\u2019alta diversitat ling\u00fc\u00edstica i cultural.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte incorpora una dimensi\u00f3 comparativa internacional entre els contextos educatius de Girona i Antwerp, fet que permet analitzar similituds i difer\u00e8ncies en les estrat\u00e8gies pedag\u00f2giques i en les condicions d\u2019ensenyament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta recerca respon a un repte social rellevant: el paper clau de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica en la inclusi\u00f3 social de persones migrants i refugiades. En aquest sentit, els resultats pretenen contribuir a la millora de la formaci\u00f3 del professorat i al desenvolupament de pr\u00e0ctiques educatives m\u00e9s inclusives i reflexives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inici d\u2019un projecte de recerca internacional en el marc d\u2019una estada de job shadowing al CVO Encora (Anvers)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marc d\u2019una estada de <em>job shadowing<\/em> al centre d\u2019educaci\u00f3 d\u2019adults CVO Encora, a Anvers (B\u00e8lgica), s\u2019ha iniciat un projecte de recerca internacional centrat en la compet\u00e8ncia intercultural en l\u2019ensenyament de lleng\u00fces a persones migrants i refugiades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest projecte sorgeix a partir de l\u2019intercanvi professional entre institucions europees i t\u00e9 com a objectiu analitzar com el professorat de lleng\u00fces integra la dimensi\u00f3 intercultural en la seva pr\u00e0ctica docent en contextos d\u2019alta diversitat ling\u00fc\u00edstica i cultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recerca est\u00e0 sent desenvolupada per un equip format per tres investigadores: la Dra. Karo Kunde de la UdG i la Dra. Annabel Fern\u00e1ndez, professora vinculada a l\u2019Escola Oficial d\u2019Idiomes de Girona i a la Universitat de Girona, juntament amb la Sra. Ilse Verhaegen, professora del centre CVO Encora d\u2019Anvers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019estudi adopta un enfocament comparatiu entre dos contextos educatius europeus \u2014Girona i Anvers\u2014 i es basa en l\u2019observaci\u00f3 d\u2019aules i entrevistes amb professorat d\u2019espanyol com a llengua estrangera i neerland\u00e8s com a segona llengua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest projecte posa en valor les estades d\u2019observaci\u00f3 internacional com una oportunitat no nom\u00e9s per al desenvolupament professional docent, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per a la generaci\u00f3 de coneixement compartit que
