Al llarg del curs, l&#8217;alumnat haur\u00e0 d\u2019estar informat sobre el seu progr\u00e9s i el professorat haur\u00e0 d\u2019afavorir i facilitar aquesta comunicaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019escola pot elaborar proves finals per fer en convocat\u00f2ria \u00fanica al final del curs. Els resultats d\u2019aquestes proves finals, conjuntament amb els resultats obtinguts en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, serviran per determinar la qualificaci\u00f3 final del curs.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%; background-color: #a0ebce; text-align: center;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span class=\"titols\">Avaluaci\u00f3 B1, B2.2 i C1 (certificats)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per a l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 dels certificats de nivell intermedi i de nivell avan\u00e7at cal superar una prova segons el que estableix l\u2019<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/dibaaps.diba.cat\/vnis\/temp\/CIDO_dogc_2009_02_20090213_09030129.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ordre EDU\/34\/2009<\/a>, de 30 de gener, per la qual s\u2019organitzen les proves espec\u00edfiques de certificaci\u00f3 dels nivells intermedi i avan\u00e7at dels ensenyaments d\u2019idiomes de r\u00e8gim especial que s\u2019imparteixen a les escoles oficials d\u2019idiomes (DOGC n\u00fam. 5318, de 13.2.2009).<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En els cursos de certificat, la funci\u00f3 primordial de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua ser\u00e0 donar informaci\u00f3 tant al professorat com a l&#8217;alumnat sobre l\u2019assoliment de les capacitats que tamb\u00e9 s\u2019avaluaran en les proves de certificaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%; background-color: #a0ebce; text-align: center;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span class=\"titols\">Assist\u00e8ncia<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019assist\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;alumnat a les classes es considera necess\u00e0ria per al bon aprofitament individual. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que \u00e9s obligat\u00f2ria, d&#8217;acord amb l&#8217;<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/portaljuridic.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-pjur\/?documentId=480169#fragment-1181938\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article 22.1.a de la Llei d\u2019educaci\u00f3<\/a>.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En cas d\u2019<strong>abs\u00e8ncies superiors al 35%<\/strong> del temps lectiu, l\u2019alumne\/a no podr\u00e0 ser avaluat de manera cont\u00ednua i nom\u00e9s podr\u00e0 presentar-se a una prova de final de curs. Si, per alguna ra\u00f3, no es pot assistir a classe durant un temps o definitivament, caldr\u00e0 fer-ho saber al professorat el m\u00e9s aviat possible.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%; background-color: #a0ebce; text-align: center;\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Faltes menors d&#8217;eda<\/strong><strong>t<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La mare, pare o tutor legal de l&#8217;alumnat menor d\u2019edat haur\u00e0 de justificar les faltes d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia.
